Based on the novel by Mario Puzo, the Last Don II is a CBS mini series sequel. David reprises his role as Giorgio Clericuzio, the son of a mafia don played by Danny Aiello. From due South, the actress, Ramona Milano who played Francesca Vecchio apears in The Last Don I. Jason Gedrick and Patsy Kensit also starred. Basically part two of the saga. This one ties up loose ends and gives Giorgio a happy ending.
